How to say I'm confused in French?
If you want to say I'm confused in French, don't say "je suis confus(e)", because it actually means to be sorry/ embarrassed.
Say this instead: "Je (ne) comprends pas"(I don't understand.) or "Je suis perdu.e" (I'm lost).
*Also you can drop "ne" if you want to sound more natural > Je comprends pas.
