We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after signing up for a course to request a refund.

Students who join live classes more than once are not entitled to any refund.

An administration and a class fee of $40 will automatically be deducted from the value of the refund if you request a refund after receiving a taking a class.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We have a non-refundable policy for ebooks. 

Lesson cancellation

We have a non-refundable policy 8 hours before class start.

For group classes, if you cancel a lesson more than 8 hours before class, you are entitled to get 30 min catch-up one-on-one lesson with an available teacher.
