We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after signing up for 1:1 and group classes to request a refund, except for self-paced courses, as you gain access to the entire content once you sign in.

An administration fee of $20 will automatically be deducted from the value of the refund if you request a refund after purchase.

After your first class, you can request a refund for any reason. However, students who join classes more than once are not entitled to any refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We have a non-refundable policy for ebooks and self-paced courses.

Lesson Cancellation

We have a non-refundable policy for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class starts.

You need to notify the instructor more than 24 hours in advance for a makeup class.

For group classes, you are not entitled to any makeup class.
