Self-Paced Courses

All TEF Canada, TCF Canada, and other self-paced digital courses are non-refundable.

Because students receive immediate access to the course materials upon purchase, all sales are final. Once access has been granted, refunds, cancellations, or credits will not be provided, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your course, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Installment Payment Plans

If you purchase a course using an installment plan, you may cancel future payments by providing written notice at least five (5) business days before your next scheduled payment date.

Cancellation of an installment plan applies only to future payments. Any payments already made are non-refundable. Failure to cancel within the required notice period may result in the next scheduled payment being processed.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
