Frequently Asked Questions

Is prior knowledge of French required to start the course?

The Complete Beginner course is designed for students with little or no prior experience in French. If you’re taking the A1 or A2 courses, some prior knowledge may be expected.

What is the duration of the course?

For the Complete Beginner course, there are 6 modules, so if you do about one module per week, you can finish in 6 weeks. The A1 and A2 courses each have 12 modules, so at the same pace, you’d finish in about 12 weeks. Of course, you can go faster or slower depending on your schedule!

Will I receive any support while taking the course?

Yes! You can contact me if you have any questions during the course. You’ll also have lifetime access to the course materials, so you can review lessons anytime, even after completing the course.

Will I receive a certificate upon completing the course?

Yes, upon successful completion of any of the courses (Complete Beginner, A1, or A2), you will receive a certificate.

What if I don't like the course and would like a refund?
